The dynamic capacity manager is a proprietary technology developed in partnership with Dynamic Capacity AI and the Direct To Carrier team. It is designed to enable shippers to allocate capacity exactly where it is needed based on customer demand, KPIs, and carrier hours of service.
Shippers can set capacity limits by asset. Capacity can be set by geographical area down to the ZIP code for the number of units, wait stops, and volume—capacities program directly from the Trading Relationship to the asset.

Connecting your ELD Electronic Login Device to your asset is the only way to verify and maintain that verification status.
Direct To Carrier can connect to any ELD vendor that is approved under the FMCSA. Director To Carrier is working with a handful of ELD vendors to include this service on platform for each asset licensed.
Shippers can define users and roles or take advantage of preset roles that can be implemented to help maintain and control access to the platform.
Shippers with assets can create drivers on the platform through this section. Driver accounts are limited to the number of asset licenses that are active and will not exceed the FMCSA number of power units.
Shippers have the opportunity to directly engage with carriers and freight intermediaries. They can effortlessly review contacts, apply, reserve capacity, and establish trading relationships, all within the platform, eliminating the need for phone calls or leaving the platform.
Shippers can apply their asset requirements settings, enabling pre-filtered information. Additionally, they can post their carrier asset details for search by carriers and freight inter, streamlining the process for all parties involved.
In order for loads to be published on any of the three boards within Direct To Carrier, they must meet a rigorous set of data criteria. Each load posting should be approached as a tender posting, ensuring the utmost quality and compliance.
Shippers adhere to a structured process when contracting loads on the platform. Each load undergoes real-time verification to ensure compatibility with asset capacity. Carriers can only book loads that they have the actual capacity to execute, thus avoiding contractual negligence for pre-purchased capacity within existing trading relationships. Transparency is maintained across carriers, shippers, freight brokers, and Bona Find Agents.
